Has worked for the family business since 1987. In starting, Raul familiarized himself to the family business by preparing the chile sauce and making masa for the tamales. He married at the age of 25 and found the need to do more for himself and his family. From 1995 – 1997, he took professional cooking courses from UCLA Extension.
