The Best Kept SecretIn Los Angeles

Who We Are

In 1992, due to our customers popular requests, we added the Red Chile with Beef, Chicken and Vegetable, and Chicken and Red Chile (this product was phased out due to our customers preference of Chicken and Vegetable). To this day, we continue to make our tamales from scratch. We grind our own chile into a paste to prepare our sauces. We steep and grind our own corn to prepare the masa, select and clean our own corn husks, and use only fresh ingredients in the production of all our products.

Due to the popularity of our tamales during peak season (Christmas), in 1990 – KABC channel 7 (Southern California) television network began exposing our product. Over the years we have had other television stations such as K-Cal ( 9), KCBS (2), KTTV (11), KMEX (34), and KVEA (52), film our authentically handmade tamales. KOST 103.5 has also featured La Indiana Tamales commercials throughout Southern California.
